SHIPPING & RETURNS

Order Processing:

- Orders placed before 12 pm EST will be processed on the same business day
- Orders placed after 12 pm EST will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders placed after 12 pm EST the day prior or on a weekend or holiday will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that there may be a delay in processing and shipping during popular or unforeseen events. We will process your order as quickly as possible.

Order Cancelling:

Orders usually will be processed by our ERP system within 2-24hours, please inform us(service@mambobabyfloat.com) for order cancelling via email within 2 hours after placing your order.

Order Shipping:

- We are not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages
- All packages returned due to "Invalid Address" will be charged a $4 warehousing fee.


Due to the impact of Covid-19 and the international air traffic jam, most delivery companies have suspended their delivery service guarantee for most of the shipments from any origin to any destination.


Please be aware that our shipping time may be longer than our estimated shipping time under this kind of uncontrollable circumstance.

Reminder:
All orders from Asia will be shipped from China warehouses.

Order Tracking:

A tracking number will be sent to you with a confirmation email once an order has been processed by our order system. You may follow the instructions provided in the email to track your order.

Reminder for orders shipped from local warehouses:

Due to the system procedures of our local logistics partners, it will take us 2-3 days to sync and send the tracking numbers to you.

 

Duties & Taxes:

All orders shipped from overseas warehouses are subject to duties/customs taxes on delivery (DDU), customs fees are at the expense of the customer if there is any. The customer is responsible to know the customs policy of their own countries. If the packages are detained by the customs, it will be the customer's responsibility to communicate with the customs. If the packages are returned due to the lack of communication between the customer and the customs, we will not be liable for this. If the packages are returned due to the customer's refusal to pay customs duties or refusal to communicate with the customs, we will deduct all costs incurred from the amount paid by the customer.

Returns and Refund:

- Returns

Only products ordered directly from https://www.mambobabyfloat.com will be accepted.
For products ordered from our authorized retailers, please contact them directly for returns.
We DO NOT accept free returns except for product defects or shipping damage.
International returns are at the expense of the customer including Repairs and Replacements under a 60-day warranty.
We are not liable for lost returns under any circumstances.
Our system is not capable of processing return labels for international shipments.
We recommend using a shipping courier with tracking services to track the shipment of your return.

- Refund

You will be FULLY REFUNDED if you don't receive the products you ordered within 60 days.

Refund request within 60 days after placing an order:

If you request for refund within 60 days after placing the order and packages have been shipped, you will need to reject the delivery and let it return to our warehouses. Once our warehouses receive the packages returned, we will refund you after deducting US$20.00 shipping fee from the amount you paid.
